Department of Dietetics and Nutritional Sciences, formerly known as Nutrition and Dietetics, was established in within the premises of the Health Sciences Wing.Its primary objective was to launch a 10-semester graduate degree program leading to the degree of Doctor of Dietetics and Nutritional Sciences (DDNS). Additionally, the department offers a post-graduate degree program of M.Phil and DOCTOR OF PHILOSPHY PhD in Dietetics and Nutritional Sciences
Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities the department conducts practical and research-based experiments in its therapeutic food product development nutritional chemistry laboratories. The faculty comprises highly qualified and conscientious individuals holding Ph.D. and M.Phil degrees re committed to imparting the best possible subjective knowledge to the students.
