TUF Organizes Seminar on “Hybrid Entrepreneurship”

School of Management Studies, The University of Faisalabad in collaboration with Business Incubation Center and SMEDA Faisalabad organized a seminar on “Hybrid Entrepreneurship”. The agenda was to establish & develop the new "Theme" of hybrid entrepreneurship. Mr Azhar Rasool participated as the guest speaker. Mr Azhar Rasool from the Research & Development Department SMEDA was the guest speaker. In his keynote address, Mr Azhar told the audience that Hybrid Entrepreneurship is the act of working a full-time job while building a business part-time. The philosophy is that you’re going to leverage your job in a way that helps you in your business but will also help you at your job. He further explained that about fifty per cent of all new businesses are started by hybrids. Hybrid entrepreneurship is a low-risk way of testing business ideas, gaining entrepreneurial experience and developing business management skills. Additional Registrar of Engineering Campus, Dr. Najeeb Haider, Faculty members and a large number of students attended this informative session.
