BE/BS Electrical Engineering with minimum 2nd division Bachelor Degree with CGPA=2.5 or its equivalent GAT (general) with at least 50% score
The Department of Electrical Engineering, The University of Faisalabad (TUF) is offering the program of Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Electronics and Communications.
The Master's program aims to provide an avenue of higher learning to fresh graduating engineers and also to engineers already working in the field and industry. Moreover, it will incorporate the latest developments and research and contribute towards improving the quality teaching and instruction in engineering. The School of Electrical Engineering at TUF already has a well-established Bachelor's program that has been producing quality engineering graduates from a number of years. Currently the School has faculty members holding Doctorates and Masters Degrees from well-reputed universities in Pakistan and abroad. These faculty members possess extensive field, research and teaching experience. The faculty members are active in research work and have numerous publications in refereed research journals (with impact factors). They also participate and present papers in national and international conferences, thereby keeping abreast of the latest research work and also keeping in touch with the national and international research community. The School has a number of well-equipped laboratories and computers to support experimental work relating to Master's projects. Various advanced software programs can be utilized by graduate students to carry out simulations, design-work and mathematical-modeling. The University has an excellent library that houses a very large number of electrical engineering books, both in paper and soft (digital) form. The library also has access to the HEC digital library. The Department will also facilitate research work by providing graduate students with access to IEEE Explore and other prestigious research journals.
