Following documents will be attached with the admission form:
Bachelor or equivalent degree for admission in Master/MPhil program. Intermediate for BS admissions.
Two attested photocopies of CNIC or Form B
Six passport size photographs attested at the back and bearing the name of the applicant
Applicants submitting A/O level certificates will also submit original equivalence certificates obtained from Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) at the time of admission. If their result is awaited at that time, they will be required to submit the equivalence certificate within four weeks of the commencement of the semester, failing which their admission will be cancelled.
Verification fee as prescribed from candidates of Bachelor and Master Degree programs at the time of admission.
Three attested photocopies of the following documents:
Certificates/Detailed mark sheets of Secondary School Examination or equivalent certificate.
Certificate/Detailed mark sheet of Intermediate Examination or equivalent certificate.
Fee Submission The students can deposit enrollment or other fee along with Admission/Enrollment Forms in branches of Habib Metropolitan or any other designated branches. This will save not only their travelling time & cost but also the risk that the documents or cash get lost on the way to the University.
