Student will not move tables and chairs.

| Any damage to or inappropriate use of equipment is
unacceptable. |

Noise Levels
|
- Students must respect the "SILENCE' rule in the Library.
- In all other areas please keep noise to a minimum -
people may be working.
- Please switch off your mobile phone before entering the
Library. If you wish to make or receive a call please go
outside the Library.
- Walkman is not allowed in library.

Behavior
|
- Any abuse (verbal or physical) of Library staff is
unacceptable.
- Any rowdy behavior, loud noise or misbehavior with the
library staff may lead to your temporary exclusion from the
library.
- Personal belongings and bags should be placed on the
shelf near the main entrance in the Library.

Circulation of Library Books
|
- Books may be retained for a period not more than two
weeks by students.
- Books may be reissued on request but only once.
- Dictionaries, Encyclopedias, Handbooks & other reference
materials will not be issued.
- In case the loan of the book is not renewed, failure to
return the book in time will render the student to a fine
from the date when the book was due.
- Damaging the pages of a book, marking or writing therein
with ink or pencil, tearing or taking out pages, or
otherwise damaging it will constitute an injury to a book.
- Any such injury to a book is a serious offence unless a
borrower points out the injury at the time of borrowing the
book, he/ she shall be required to replace the book or pay
its price.
- Over Due Fine: A fine of Rs.5.00 per
day per book will be charged on over due books.
- Loss of Books: The book lost, in anyway
shall have to be replaced or the cost of book plus 5% will
be paid by the concerned student.
Note: Library will be closed once a year during
summer for the purpose of stock taking and all borrowers shall
be required to return borrowed books.
