Objective:
The University of Faisalabad stands committed to impart quality education to students and to develop its students into well disciplined and responsible professionals and fully accountable for their conduct.
The achievement of this objective requires persistent devotion and dedication on the part of the students, with their focus on superior behavior and conduct.
Regulations relating to discipline and conduct of University Students
1. Attendance
  • In a semester system of education, regular attendance at the University classes and programs is essential to ensure that student has not missed any lesson or fallen behind in his academic work
  • A student having less than 85% attendance will not be allowed to sit in the exam.
  • Leave granted to a student is not counter towards attendance requirements  

3. Dress Code

  • Male students are required to wear dress shirts and trousers. Shirts must always be tucked inside the trousers.
  • Shalwar Kameez is allowed only on Friday provided that waist coat is worn over the Shalwar Kameez.
  • T-Shirts, Jeans ,Jackets and Joggers are not permitted in the campus.
  • Female students are required to wear prescribed uniform (white kameez and shilwar) with doupta of a color allocated to different departments

4.Mobile Phone
Students are not allowed to carry mobile phones in the university.


5 . Identity Cards

  • Students are required to display Identity Cards all the times while in the campus
  •  Faculty will ensure that students wear their I.D. cards.
  • If a student is found without an I.D. card he/ she will be fined Rs.500.

6.Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in the university and anybody found smoking will be heavily finned.

7. Political /Sectarian Activities

Students are strictly forbidden to indulge in  political or sectarian activity. Defaulters will be strongly dealt with 

8. Car Parking

  • Students will park their cars only in the "Students Car Park" within the designated space.
  • Car Stickers at nominal cost are available from the University Accounts Office and these stickers are displayed on the left top corner of the windscreen.
  • Students are not allowed to sit in their cars, parked inside the University premises.
  • Playing of car radios, cassettes etc. is strictly prohibited.
  • Rash driving, overtaking, and blowing horns in the Campus is not allowed.

9. Drinks / Eatables

  • Drinks and eatables can be taken only inside the cafeteria.
  • Eating and drinking at all other places is prohibited.

10. Social Activities

  • For all social activities including small parties, written permission of the management will be required.
  • Students wishing to  arrange the  above activity should fill in the form giving details of the event/party, number of students invited/ attending, date and place of such social event.

15.Damage to University Property

Willful damage to University property is a serious offence. Students involved in such activities will be required to bear the cost of damage done. In addition  exp
elication for a specific period and a fine may also be imposed in serious cases

19. Sign Boards

Instructions on notice/sign boards displayed at various places in the University campus are required to be regularly seen by the students .
20. Student Visitors

  • Students are not allowed to entertain visitors or friends in the University or take them around to visit the campus.
  • Permission must be obtained from the Director Administration before inviting any guest to the University.
