Home - Admissions - Migration
- Students who have completed part of their study, in another
government chartered institution, will be accepted for admission
by The University of Faisalabad in accordance with the following
conditions:
- Each student seeking admission on transfer basis shall
submit an application on the prescribed form along with original
official transcript issued by the previous institution(s).
- He / She must have been registered as a regular
student in a chartered university of the country. For
undergraduate studies, it is essential that all degree courses
which comprise 8 semesters, at least 4 semesters must be
completed in The University of Faisalabad meaning that transfer
of credits can be granted only up to 50% of credit hours.
- Board of studies of the department in which the student is seeking
admission will examine his/her transcripts and grant exemption
in only those courses which it considers appropriate for
completing the degree at this University.
- On the recommendations of board of studies the student for admission on
transfer will have to fulfill all formalities as listed for
regular students, including payment of fees, registration fee at the time of admission.
- Only after payment of fees and completion of enrolment
formalities transfer student shall be
entitled to attend classes.
- Academic deficiencies if any shall be made up during first two
semesters as recommended by the relevant board of studies.
- The student completing study on transfer from other
institution(s) shall be issued transcript by The University of
Faisalabad only for the courses completed at this University.
- On completion of all requirements, the degree will be
awarded by The University of Faisalabad.
